Signing in

Use the same email address you used to create your account. If your studio invited you, sign in with the email address they invited. Ask your studio for a fresh invitation if a link has expired.

Your gallery and films

Your photographer or videographer supplies your gallery links and delivery dates. Contact your studio through your wedding’s messages for questions about editing progress, gallery access, or delivery.

Report a problem

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and your device type. Screenshots are helpful, but please remove private client information. Never send passwords or sign-in codes.

Introductory launch

Studio access is free during our introductory launch. Couples use Vowhaven free. We welcome your feedback as we improve the experience.
